The City of San Marcos (“the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms/individuals for the purpose of leasing a hangar and office space at the San Marcos Regional Airport located at 1747 Airport Drive in San Marcos, Texas.
The hangar is approximately 6,100 square feet with the dimensions of 80 feet wide by 76 feet deep. The hangar is available for commercial aviation purposes and, in its present condition/configuration, includes office and restroom facilities. The manual sliding doors have a clear opening of 16.6 feet high and 60 feet wide.
Proposals are due no later 2:00pm on August 12, 2020.
